Erie International Group is proud to offer a safe and supportive working environment with consistent wages and benefits, along with a unique family-friendly work schedule that allows employees more consecutive personal time off.
Erie Values Work-Life Balance
At Erie, we value employees that work hard and give it their all while they are on the job. Employment here means excellent on-the-job training, managers that are supportive but not overbearing, and strict adherence to safety protocols. But we also understand that life is much more than just work! So, while our employees feel like part of our family while on the job, our scheduling option of 4 days on / 4 days off allows plenty of time to spend with their own families at home.
