Erie International job opening

Discover a New Career Opportunity at Erie International Group

Erie International Group, a leading manufacturer located in Painesville Township, Ohio, is looking for some talented new trainees to join our amazing team.  Our hiring managers are hard at work searching for the best candidates – could it be you?  Let’s see if we are the right fit!

A Little Info About Erie International

Erie International Group (EIG) develops and manufactures natural animal food ingredients and innovative specialty chemicals from renewable raw materials.  Operating out of 25+ acres in Northeast Ohio, our facility serves the North American Animal Nutrition, Specialty Chemical, and Oleochemical markets.  We are proud to be a “green” company, as we reuse and recycle materials like vegetable oils, cooking greases and animal fat that would otherwise end up in landfills, and turn them into new compounds and other usable products.

Why Join Erie?

Our facility may look large and impersonal, or maybe even a bit intimidating from the outside, but inside we are a hard-working group that gets along well and enjoys a friendly, laid-back environment – and we always (always) make safety a top priority.  Our unique scheduling for most positions, which can allow 4 days on and 4 days off, allows our employees to have free time in their personal lives, which they really appreciate!

We know the skills required to perform these jobs are very specific, so we don’t expect prior experience.  We DO, however, provide complete, hands-on training for 4-8 weeks to make sure our employees are completely comfortable and qualified to work on their own. Our managers are always there to help out or to answer questions, but there’s not a lot of micromanaging, which employees also appreciate.

Erie International Group is a great company to start a lifelong career at, as we value our employees and do what we can to create a comfortable and safe work environment.
